I translated this from a Romanian website,it states that it's an Italian condiment. Used for chicken,seafood and pasta. The recipe calls for dried lemon granules,but since I haven't seen them anywhere I'll put down dried lemon peel. If the granules are available,feel free to use them.No quantities stated in the original,so make it according to your taste.I'll make this soon and update with quantities and oven time.
- dried lemon peel
- freshly grounded coarse black pepper
- Grind or blend the ingredients.
- Dry in the oven.
- Store in a jar.
Worked well drying fresh lemon zest in the oven at 350F and then grinding it in a coffee grinder with pepper. Made for Veggie Swap 26 ~ September 2010.
