  1. Bake pastry shell at 450 for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven and cool completely.
  3. Combine eggs and next 6 ingredients,STIR in pecans and pour into prepared crust.
  4. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes,shielding edges with aluminun foil.
  5. after 25 minutes to prevent overbrowning.
  6. Cool on wire rack.
  7. Serve with whipped cream.
