This is a nice simple and flavourful rice dish I've made many a time. I do use Maggi vegetable broth with onions instead of chicken broth since we are vegetarians. The broth already contains salt in it, so I never add more. I love parsley and enjoy this rice dish. I do leave out the butter as well since I try to cut out on putting too much fat in the dish. Since there is actually nothing to saute in this rice dish, for example, onions, garlic, etc., I prefer to leave out the butter. All in all, this is a nice side dish!
This is a great side dish and so easy to make. It was creamy, light and flavorful. It also looked lovely on the plate - very colorful. I'll be making this one again often! Thanks for sharing another great recipe, Lorac!
This was very nice and very easy!! I used stock insted of broth and fresh parsley. Will definately be one of my "go-to" sidedishes. THANKS!!

This has really nice flavor & was easy to make. INext time I might add some garlic and maybe some green onions to give it a little more flavor. I'll definately use this as a side dish again.
Absolutely wonderful. DH who is usually not a rice eater enjoyed it and even my very picky DD asked for seconds so this definitely is a 5* recipe! I added in some lemon zest as well for the extra lemony flavour. Thank you, Lorac, for sharing this wonderful recipe, definitely will be making it again! :)
My kids tend to complain about rice, but they liked this. I made it with cilantro rather than parsley and it had very good flavour. 15 minutes cook time was plenty.
