This one's from the Favorite Brand Names Cookbook. I love this with cod nuggets and my son loves it with his chicken tenders. Sometimes I throw in a little bit of flour so it gets thicker and it's easier to dip.
- 2⁄3 cup olive oil or 2⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dry mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
- In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
