I love fresh strawberries! This is a refreshing Summer dessert.

  1. Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat saucepan in cold water to cool.
  4. Place strawberries in individual serving dishes.
  5. Pour syrup over strawberries and sprinkle with mint.
