Cool, light desert. I worked for a deli about 15 years ago because I love to cook, and we could not make this fast enough.

  1. Mix flour, nuts and margarine. Press in pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
  2. Combine cream cheese, sugar and cool whip.
  3. Spread on crust.
  4. Mix pudding and milk, beat and spread on cream cheese mixture.
  5. Top with cool whip and sprinkle on nuts.

This is incredible. I had some whipped cream( 2 cups unwhipped) to used up, so I used Wilton Stabilized Whipped Cream in place of the cool whip. I also just used 1 large pudding with 2 cups milk. This is a very lite dessert and easy to make. I used an 8" square pan as the recipe did not specify. Thanks for the recipe.

I took this to our church luncheon and it disappeared in minutes. Next time I will make two pans. This is a very light and refrishing desert and I highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks for another great recipe, Melody H.
