This linguini has a wonderfully subtle flavor and a gentle sweetness. It's neither too lemony nor too bland!

  1. In a saucepan, combine chicken broth, water, lemon peel, lemon juice, honey, and black pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil and add linguini.
  3. Reduce heat, coer, and simmer 15 minutes or until some liquid has been evaporated; stirring occasionally.
  4. Add chicken strips, cover, and simmer 5 minutes, or until linguini is tender, strirring occasionally.
