  • 1 (18 ounce) package lemon supreme cake mix (any brand)
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 12 cup melted margarine
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 12 cup chopped pecans

  • Melt margarine, and add egg . Mix well. Add all other ingrediants. Form into walnut sized balls. Do will be sticky. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-10 minutes, and remove to cooling rack.
  • Note: Do not overbake cookies. You may want to gently squash cookies with a spoon when almost finished baking.
