I made this pie for Christmas Eve dessert. I only used two egg yolks, 1/4 cup lemon juice and I topped the pie with Cool Whip. It was so quick and easy to put together. It got excellent reviews from the people who ate it too. I'll definitely be making it again!

Directions

  1. 1. In a bowl, beat egg yolks.
  2. 2. Slowly stir in milk.
  3. 3. Once mixed, slowly mix in lemon joice.
  4. 4. Pour into crust. Refrigerate about 1 hour to chill and set.
