This was quick, easy and delicious! There was one little problem... I made this in a bit of a rush and when it was all finished, I realized that I hadn't put any lemon juice in my Lemon & Honey Marinated Mahi-Mahi! It wasn't in the directions so I didn't even think about it until I was finished. I assume the lemon juice should go in the marinade and will make sure to add it in next time, but it was fabulous even without it. Thanks for posting! :)

Loved it, easy to prepare, made it with a bit of mashed potatoes and sauteed carrots. The glaze was outstanding and just complimented the fish texture. Will make it again!

This is a great way to prepare fish for people who don't like fish. My husband hates any fish that isn't fried. But he LOVED this recipe! He was even disappointed that I only cooked him one piece. I highly recommend this one!

Great mahi-mahi recipe. The marinade turned into glaze really adds to the fish. I grilled mine and will use leftovers in an asian inspired salad for lunch.

My family loves it! Thank you very much for the recipe, I think I will try it with chicken breast at least the sauce over it.

Wonderful and EASY. At first glance I thought it would be more time and effort then I was up for. Not at all. I used soy and plum sauce in place of hoisin, would never know. I just gave my garlic extra wacks with the side of the knife and poured through a strainer, still so easy. And for the first time my house smelled wonderful after cooking fish. It did not look like enough glaze but it was perfect. 2 thumbs up!

This was my first recipe using hoisin sauce and I wanted to try mahi mahi. It's a quick recipe and turned out good. I tripled the recipe and added some thickener to the sauce. I had to flip it twice just to be sure it was done. Good flavor.

Both DH & I liked this. I used a bit extra hoisin sauce. I think I liked it better than DH. He thought maybe a touch too much vinegar. But I liked it. I cooked these on the grill and they turned out lovely. Thank you very much for sharing. I may try this with chicken, since DH likes that better than fish. That way, I can keep the Mahi-Mahi all to myself. I bet this would also taste good on shrimp. Thanks again!

I thought this was one of the best marinades I have ever had. I had to sub teriyaki and soy sauce for the hoisin but it turned out wonderful.

Excellent dish. I also subbed soy sauce for the hoisin. Very easy and quick with ingredients on hand. My 2-year-old ate this fish! Enough said.

This was okay. I liked it fine but it was too sweet for my liking. The taste of the honey just came through too strong.

Due to lack of ingredients, I subbed soy sauce for the hoisin and left out the lemon. In addition to that, I accidentally spilled all the reserved marinade, so there was no glaze. Despite all of this, the fish still was very flavorful and good! The red wine vinegar is what is key - it gives a nice tart tangy taste.

Absolutly amazing. My wife does not like fish and she loved it. I was a little worried it would taste too asian but it didn't. I served it on a bed of rice with asparagus and it was great. Thanks
