One of the three favorite salad dressings I've made this summer.

If you choose to stay away from canola oil or just do not have any in stock, I used liquid (flavorless) coconut oil. Otherwise, I followed the recipe as written.

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth and emulsified and ginger and garlic are minced well.
  2. Pour into an airtight container(I use a mason jar). Store in fridge. Will keep a few weeks. I love this with spinach salad.
