I was first introduced to Honey Orange Butter earlier this year, and have enjoyed it very much. So....why not have a lemon version. This is wonderful spread on toast or bagels. And if that wasn't good enough.....try some on steamed vegetables. :) Serving size will vary depending on how you use it.

Very flavorful way to serve butter. I made this yesterday and sampled it. I am serving it this morning to my MIL, DD and DS with scones (although I am pretty sur my DD and DS will also use it on pancakes and bagels later as well).
