A light lemony topping for fish or chicken. An excellent replacement for tartar sauce.
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise (light or fat free mayo is ok)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- combine all ingredients.
- Excellent on fish instead of tartar sauce.
I loved this. the flavor went so well with Roasted Chicken With Cheesy, Creamy Sauce.. Loved the horseradish in this. I'll be making this again for sure. Made for PAC Fall 07 Thanks Mark
I used this when making tuna salad and enjoyed the flavors. Next time I would use a bit less of the horseradish for our taste but overall this is a nice mayonnaise mix. (Made and reviewed for Pick A Chef 2007)
