  1. In nonstick skillet, brown chicken (on both sides) in oil over medium heat.
  2. Add next seven ingredients and bring to boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Remove chicken and keep warm.
  4. Combine remaining two ingredients until smooth, and stir into pan juices.
  5. Bring to boil and stir 1-2 minutes or until slightly thickened; serve over chicken.

This is a very easy and tasty dish and makes it easy to cook for two people!! The chicken is so moist!
