- 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 3 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 3⁄4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
directions
- Stir together lemon zest. lemon juice, anchovy paste, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Whisking continually, add the olive oil in a steady stream.
- Serve on salad.
