- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3⁄4 cup white vinegar
- 2 fresh garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 lemons, juice of, with pulp
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pinch salt

- Pour the olive oil and vinegar in a jar.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and shake well.
- Allow to chill in refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Shake and serve.
- Excellent with a spinach or garden salad.
- Warning, do not eat right before an important job interview or date.
