A very healthy and easy to make side dish.
- 3 cups brown rice
- 2 instant bouillon granules
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon, juice of
- water, to cover the rice 2 inches
- Bring the water, bouillon cubes, lemon and garlic to a boil.
- Put in the brown rice and reduce to simmer.
- Cover when water is almost gone, and leave for 5 minutes.
