I had some leftover lavash bread to use up so made this. I really loved the tangy but peppery flavour, what a great idea!

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Cut each pita half into 4 wedges; place on a baking sheet. Drizzle oil evenly over wedges.
  3. Combine lemon pepper and garlic powder; sprinkle evenly over wedges. Bake at 400° for 5 minutes or until crisp.
