Good simple recipe. I made the recipe exactly as written with one exception. I had some leftover lemon chicken and I added the shredded chicken and small amount of sauce to the dish. This is one of those (while the pasta cooks) dishes and perfect for a weeknight meal. A crusty loaf of bread, Salad and crisp Sauvignon Blanc would complete this meal quite nicely
A Wonderful Accompaniment to Salmon ;) - This was the starter recipe to a dish that I make almost weekly. At first I followed this recipe, but now I add a tablespoon of butter the the garlic oil when the garlic is just starting to turn golden. I add a tablespoon of basil pesto and a couple pinches of cayenne after the bouillon. I toss steamed broccoli into regular spaghetti (not angel hair) and then mix/toss in this sauce. I find the broccoli really soaks up excess sauce that doesn't cling to the pasta. I then top with parmesan and serve alone or with lemon peppered baked salmon. I've also broke up some baked salmon and tossed into the whole mix. This is a hands down a must for fans of the garlic-lemon taste.
This was a nice pasta dish, it seemed to be lacking something, maybe the wine that other reviewers had suggested. I followed the recipe exactly and served with prawns, it was good but not amazing.
Simple, easy and delicious! I was afraid my husband wouldn't like it since he is not nearly the lemon fan that I am but he loved it too. I cut the oil in half and served it with 4 Minute Spicy Garlic Shrimp and also with Baked Zucchini and what a fabulous meal it turned out to be!!! Love this! I would also be happy to eat this pasta with a salad for a yummy meatless dinner.
I made this for lunch and successfully changed to two servings. This was delicious!!
I increased the lemon juice and used garlic powder but it was still super easy & tasty:)
Great side dish to Lemon Scalloppine. I made fresh lemon chive pasta to use and was great.
This was really good. I made this to go along with some fish the other night and it complimented it very well. My nephew and niece loved this. I liked how the lemon and olive oil absorbing into the warm pasta when adding it in. I will make this often, cuz its so easy and tastes fantastic. Thank you so much for sharing this simple yet oh so good pasta.
I LOVE lemon in my pasta, so this really hit the spot! fast and easy, I used a combo of oil and butter and upped the garlic a little. We had this with chicken breast and peas, perfect!
Delicious! The whole family enjoyed it, so I will be making this again. I added some roasted broccoli florets and it was great. Thanks for sharing!
Fantastic recipe. I doubled the garlic and added more cracked pepper than the recipe called for. I also used a vegetable bullion cube instead of chicken because I am vegetarian. I sauteed some broccoli in the finished sauce and cooked the pasta in the sauce with a little bit of reserved pasta water as well before adding the parmesan. It was so flavorful!
