This went great over my chicken salad, and I believe it would be great on some french bread in the oven as well! Made for Ramadan Tag 2010

This is yummy I eat it daily pretty much as I love lemon and olive oil. I like it with parsley and capers as well. Also a lovely dressing or on bread. Made for Ramadan Tag 2010.

I put all the ingredients into a small jar and shook like crazy for a few minutes. It was perfect on a salad spring mix, olives, onions and a touch of feta cheese. I did make it about an hour before serving. Made for *ZWT6*

This has to be stirred really well to become a paste and not be oily. For bigger quantities would be easier to throw in a stick blender to make the job easier. I loved the taste.

I make this too with a bit less garlic per our preferences. Oh probably more freshly squeezed lemon juice. I don't measure. I do to taste.

I'm so sorry I could not rate this higher, but it was completely too oily. In order for us to use, I had to increase the lemon juice x3. But as you can see, UmmBinat gave it 5 *s, so it was entirely personal preference. Thnx for sharing your recipe, anyway, Leah's Kitchen. Made for New Kids on the Block recipe tag game.
