Delicious, full of flavor and quick put together. I was short on time so I marinate it only 20 min. but still very good. My lemons were very juicy so I used only one. I used chicken tenders served with homemade bread and salad. Definitely keeper! Thank you Chef Buggsy Mate! Made for March 2012 swap recipe.

this was easy to make, BUT I fried mine in a pan, and I think it would be much better on a grill. My chicken was a little dry, and while I like the taste, I gave it a little more zip with some chili sauce. Made for Aussie swap, Nov 2011

Awesome. I threaded the meat onto kebab sticks and grilled on the BBQ. Very tasty and delicious. A definite keeper that I will be making again. Made for the Aussie Kiwi Swap November 2011

We loved this chicken! So light and fresh, the lemon and garlic really stood out with a great flavor. I marinated mine for about 7 hours. The chicken grilled up very moist and tasty - thanks for sharing the recipe!

Rested my chicken in the marinade for about an hour and then pan cooked them in a skillet. Great recipe. Thanks CHef Buggsy Mate :) Made for the Recipe Swap in the Aus/NZ Forum Feb 2011

I did 4 chicken breasts but used the full quantity of marinade and upped the garlic using 6 heaped teaspoons, otherwise made as per recipe and the DH cooked them on the b-b-q. Thank you Chef Buggsy Mate, made for Aussie/Kiwi recipe Swap #49, February 2011.

The chicken is moist and well seasoned. I did allow it to marinade only about an hour which was plenty. This was cooked on the outside grill and then sliced before serving. Made for *Aussie Swap*
