Just made this up with what I had and thought it was pretty darn good! I'm sure it could be jazzed up with cinnamon, ginger or nutmeg. I think I'll try it blended with frozen raspberries or strawberries too.

Would never have thought to use buttermilk, & am not sure why, 'cause my dad used to drink plain ol' buttermilk all the time! Anyway, this was great tasting! I liked the lemon flavor, but am most willing to try others now, too! How much easier can it get than this for a different kind of drink! I couldn't find lemon sorbet to save my life so I used fat free lemon yogurt. I'm sure that my result was more tart than it would have been with the sorbet but I was very happy with it. It has a very nice body and the froth lasts forever. In fact when the liquid part is gone I had to use a spoon for the froth (ok, I'll fess up. I used the blender). Thanks Engrossed for something that is different and FUN! This would be good with any fruit flavor.
