This is a cool and creamy, sweet and tart drink for a hot summer day.
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, undiluted
- 1⁄2 cup cold water
- 1 pint lemon sherbet or 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 (12 ounce) can ginger ale
- Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
- Pour into a serving pitcher; add ginger ale.
- Serve immediately.
