  1. Combine all ingredients together and drop tbsp on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes.
  3. Let cool.

Knowing this is an adopted recipe, I won't leave any stars, just comments :) These didn't work that great for me. If I were a more experienced baker, I'll bet I could make these into a really good cookie, but unfortunately I'm not , and rely on other people to do that for me LOL The bake temp I think is too low. I think it should be 350 , at 250 you still have raw dough. Speaking of dough, this isn't like "normal" cookie dough , it was almost like the consistency of frosting. The directions you got with your adopted recipe don't say to grease the cookie sheet or not , the first batch I tried without greasing (thinking the butter in them would be enough). They stuck to a non stick cookie sheet. 2nd batch I sprayed the pan first , unfortunately this browned the edges way too fast. They have a good lemon flavor (for us anyway) which we liked, but didn't care for the texture of them. The texture of the baked cookie is like a flat little cake. I know this sounds very negative, and I'm really sorry about that , but I'm NOT sorry I tried them!! Maybe someone could tinker with the recipe a bit?
