Quick Easy Flavorful Trout

Made for PAC 2011. A couple of notes. The fish definitely needs to be seasoned inside a bit. It was lacking seasoning. I cooked 2 small trout as I made it for 2 dinners. The second time I seasoned the inside with salt and pepper as well as fresh dill. It is an easy method and came out very well. I just for me, I think a bit more seasoning was needed and the fresh dill was much nicer with the fresh lemon.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Drizzle Foil with oil and sprinkle with Kosher Salt.
  3. Place fish on center of foil and sprinkle with Dill.
  4. Place lemon slices inside fish and rosemary on top. Salt to taste.
  5. Fold up edges of foil and add wine. Seal foil pouch and place in oven on 350 for 12 minutes.
