Here is a yummy recipe I invented the other weekend to use a great steamer that I got for my wedding! We cooked it with steamed broccoli and brown rice, but would be good with almost anything.

Directions

  1. Slice the lemons thinly and lay them down on the steaming rack or pan.
  2. Lay the salmon on the lemon slices.
  3. Sprinkle with dill.
  4. Steam until cooked and lightly pink (about 3 minutes per inch of fish).
