An easy way to add some flavor to fish.
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dill weed
- Mix all ingredients together and serve with favoriet fish (mine is tuna!).
I used fat free sour cream instead of the mayo. This sauce was wonderful...a definite must have for any salmon that i serve in the future. Thanks for the great idea!!
I used low fat mayo and added a little extra dill. It was so delicious that my company wanted the recipe! It is SO easy to make.
This was really good, and so easy to put together. We used it on some delicious crab cakes I picked up at Sam's, and I just couldn't get over how good it was. Took me back to when I lived in Maryland and could get crab cakes all the time. Perfect compliment, and I can't wait to try it on gilled salmon. Thanks for posting this.
