This is a very easy to make and very refreshing on a hot day. Great dessert to cap off a summer cook out. Cook time is chill time.

  1. Tear the angel food cake into bite size pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix, milk and sour cream.
  3. Beat until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  4. Spread over cake.
  5. Spoon pie filling on top.
  6. Chill until serving time.
