Yum, yum yummy yum yum! We had lemon curd while we were vacationing in England and brought some home. We were so sad when we reached the end of the jar! Thank you for posting this recipe it is exactly as I remembered! I put some in quarter pint (125ml) jars so I could give some away. Your instructions made it easy to follow and came out perfect!
