- 236.59 ml graham cracker crumbs
- 59.14 ml butter or 59.14 ml margarine, melted
- 396.89 g can sweetened condensed milk
- 78.78 ml lemon juice
- 2.46 ml grated lemon rind
- 1242.09 ml whipped topping
- 630.98 ml coconut flakes
directions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press firmly into bottom of 9-inch square pan.
- Combine milk, lemon juice and rind in large bowl. Fold in 3-1/2 cups of the coconut.
- Spread mixture over crumbs. Sprinkle with remaining coconut. Chill at least 2 hours.
- Cut into squares. Top with remaining whipped topping.
