This was wonderful. I made it for my women's outreach and the ladies consumed it so quickly the were asking for more.
I am not assigning any stars, as I have not made this filling. But I used the technique in this recipe for the family three times now, using whatever leftover chicken salad we had on hand. My husband is always making a huge batch of chicken salad for the kids' school lunches. He tries a new recipe every time. Before I use the leftovers in this ring, I make sure to add the cheese included in this recipe. It has always been so good. It's nice garnished with browned almonds as well. I used to sell Pampered Chef and had lost my recipe. My 20 year old DS asked every now and then for this. Thanks for posting-he is very happy and so am I.
This has wonderful flavor and very easy to prepare. Immediately after pulling the lemon chicken ring out of the oven, I put the lemon slices in between the larger spaces created after baking and let it sit for 10 minutes. This creates a real lemony flavor which my family enjoys. Thank you for posting!
I've made other Pampered Chef Chicken Rings, too. They are all so different but just equally delicious! Thanks for a great recipe! The kids couldn't get enough.
This Lemon Herb Chicken Ring was prepared by our local Pampered Chef consultant at my momâ€™s past party. We all absolutely loved it, and I have pasted this recipe to many friends and family! This recipe is easy to prepare once you get a hang on how to position the crescent rolls. I make this often, and occasionally add chopped carrots to the mix and usually increase the seasonings for more intense herb and lemon flavor. I think chopped up zucchini would even be a nice addition. Also, the chicken mixture makes a great tasting chicken salad when you do not have time to bake it with the crescent rolls.
