5 stars for flavor and texture of the chicken. I needed more of the coating than the recipe made to cover all of the chicken but that wasn't really a big deal as it took about a minute to mix up more. I had extra of the oil and lemon glaze and just tossed it into the Jasmine rice that was on the go along with a touch of garlic. What a great combo they made! a green salad was all that was needed for a marvelous dinner. Thanks for this one Pay. :D
Super lemon chicken. I scaled back to 2 breasts and added the zest of an entire lemon for the 2 pieces. We love the flavor of lemon. The chicken came out super moist. Made for Everyday Holiday Tag game. :)
We really enjoyed this lemon chicken. I normally do not bake boneless chicken breasts because they tend to dry out; however, this dish was moist and delicious. I doubled the lemon juice, but otherwise made as directed. DH really liked the flavor and gave it a thumbs up. Made for Everyday is a Holiday tag, September, 2012.
My chicken breasts were large (almost 8 ounces each), so I only used 3 of them! And instead of the salt & pepper amounts listed, I used 1/4 teaspoon of salt along with 1/4 teaspoon of lemon pepper, but otherwise, the recipe was followed! This is a wonderful and fast lemon chicken. I wanted a healthier version: so I fried in a non-stick skillet with a few drops of oil and used only a few shakes of salt. Next time might substitute chicken broth for oil.
Wonderfully moist, wonderfully delicious! So easy to make and just fabulous! The lemon isn't overpowering at all, very subtle. I've made and reviewed this while my main computer is down, thus no photo. But mine turned out looking very much like the photo posted. This is one of the moistest skinless chicken breasts I've had....can't figure out why...but turned out delicious!
5 stars from all of my family for this delicious lemon chicken. The chicken breasts were so moist and tender - perfectly cooked. A great baked chicken recipe that was so simple and easy to prepare. I used brown rice flour to make this recipe gluten-free, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. A definite make again recipe for us. Photo also to be posted. (i just used 1/4 teaspoon of salt- appears that salt may have listed twice in the ingredients when posted)
