- 1 (20 ounce) can sour pitted cherries, drained
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice (fresh is best)
- 1 (15 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle brand preferred)
- almond extract
- 1 graham cracker crust
- Combine sweetened condensed milk with lemon juice until thickened.
- Add drained sour cherries and almond extract (to taste).
- Pour into graham cracker crust and chill for 1 hour.
