- 1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup light sour cream
- 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
- 3 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
- capers, drained to taste
directions
- Mix all ingredients until blended and smooth.
- Top over warm salmon cakes.

I had purchased some capers and wanted to use them......I must have read 20 or 30 recipes on Food.com for lemon caper sauce before I found this quick and easy one that I could make from items I had on hand. It is delicious and SO easy! We spooned it over pork chops and loved it! I will be making this again, it has so many potential uses: over chicken, fish, it was good on the pork chops we had tonight, and even the salmon cakes the poster used it for!! Thanks for a keeper recipe, BethR!!!
