Directions

  1. Mix together the finely grated rind of the lemon and the yoghurt.
  2. Divide between four 1/4 pint ramekins and sprinkle sugar on top.
  3. Place under a hot grill for 1-2 minutes or until melted and bubbling.
  4. Chill until ready to serve.

Creme Brulee with less guilt! Have no idea what "natural Greek yogurt" is, so used yogurt cheese instead. Loved it ... and thank you!
