Directions

  1. Cream the softened butter and sugar together.
  2. Beat the milk and eggs together and add in butter mixture.
  3. Mix the flour and baking soda together and add to the other ingredients.
  4. Place in a greased bundt or loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 300 F for 45 minutes until knife comes out clean.
  6. Remove from oven.
  7. Cool.
  8. Once completely cool poke holes in cake with fork and pour lemon juice over cake.
  9. Mix Icing sugar and milk together and ice over cake.
