  1. Cream butter, sugar, add eggs and milk.
  2. Sift and add dry ingredients.
  3. Add rind.
  4. Beat well.
  5. Pour in loaf pan, wel1-greased, and bake at 325° for one hour.
  6. Mix juice of lemon and 1/4 cup.
  7. sugar and brush over warm baked bread.
  8. Let cool in pan.

Came out very dense, but excellent. The glaze on top really made the bread, great recipe!
