These were good. I used whole wheat flour, cut back the sugar to 1/3 of a cup and used the juice form one lemon. Both kids like them too.

  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Melt butter, add to milk, add eggs and lemon juice.
  3. Toss berries in with dry mixture.
  4. Add wet to dry.
  5. Bake at 400 F for 15 20 minutes.
