Excellent! I've made this a couple times now, and once replaced the vanilla wafers with breakfast cereal.

  1. Place blackberried in a lightly greased 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar. Stir together cornstarch and lemon juice, stir into berries.
  2. Combine vanilla wafer crumbs and next 4 ingredients. Stir in butter till crumbly. Sprinkle over berries. bake 400 for 30 minutes till light brown. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
