Enjoyed this drink a lot! I used lemonade made from frozen lemonade concentrate, skim milk, and strawberry sorbet. Liked the tart flavor and looking forward to a lot of these this summer. Thank you for posting morgainegeiser. Made and reviewed for ZWT5, Bodacious Brickhouse Babes team.

1 cup of Crystal Light Natural Lemonade Flavor mix is way too much aspartame for 2 servings, and presents a health risk. I used 7/8 cup (12 tubs or 6.4 oz), which the package says should produce 24 quarts. Yes, it was tart, but this recipe as written overpowered and worried me. ETA: 1 cup Crystal Light mix was corrected 6/12/09 to read 1 cup lemonade from the mix. My review was based on the recipe as published and prepared on 6/10/09. Made for ZWT5.

I messed up a little and only used 1/2 cup of lemonade. The flavor of my fresh picked strawberries was much better then if I would have used store bought. This is a tart and refreshing drink for a warm afternoon. Made during * Zaar World Tour 5* 2009 game for team *Genies of Gourmet*

his makes for a nice breakfast drink, which is something I did. It was a nice change from the coffee I usually have, and it was so good. Since I love strawberries, I used that for the drink. For ZWT 5 The Dining Daredevils

For me this was good but not any better then just plain lemonade. I made this with homemade lemonade as I don't like the artificial, and raspberry sorbet but found that I could barely taste it, so I added a good shot of raspberry syrup to boost the flavor. I don't think the milk made much difference other than to make it look pretty which would probably make it a hit at a little girl's birthday party . It was interesting to see the drink seperate in the time it took to take a few photos. Thanks for sharing, made for ZWT 5 by one of the Cooks With Dirty Faces

Great for the summer! I'd agree that it would be smart to make a larger batch. I used fresh lemon juice rather than powdered mix. I thought it was sweet enough from just the fruit, but others added a little sweetener. Instead of the ice cubes, I froze the strawberries.

Made for ZWT5 Zingo. I like this alot! I am not a milk person but the little I used was okay by me. Used rasberry sherbert for flavor. I could see doing this with orange sherbert and the lemonade as well. WOW New drink for us at the cottage! I made 1 tall drink from this recipe. DH sampled and I gobbled. Thank you.

Although I did leave out the ice, I had to double the rest of the ingredients to get a couple of large drinks for the 2 of us ~ Just 1 cup doesn't do it for either of us! We both enjoyed the lemon/strawberry combo here! [Tagged, made & reviewed for the ZINGO part of ZWT5]

This was fantastic! You are right that it is a little on the tart side, but I like my lemonade to be tart. I used freshly picked strawberries and this tasted very fresh. Made for my teammate on ZWT4 for ZWT5: Zingo.
