- 2 tablespoons pommery mustard
- 1 lemon, juice of, Freshly squeezed
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 16 basil leaves, very thinly sliced (save 12 whole basil leaves for a salad garnish)
- coarse salt
