Basil, lemon and soya sauce add lots of flavour to these tender chicken strips

Directions

  1. Slice chicken into 2" long strips about 1/2 inch wide.
  2. Pat basil and pepper to taste onto chicken.
  3. In a bowl, combine soya sauce, lemon juice and oil.
  4. Add chicken, stirring to coat well.
  5. Place slices in single layer on foil lined broiler rack.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  7. Broil chicken 4 inches from heat for 4-5 minutes or until tender and no longer pink inside.
