Nice side dish and a good way to enjoy fresh carrots. I think next time I may try using parsley in place of the basil. Just enough for the two of us. Thanks Inez.

  1. Cook carrot pieces in water to cover for 10 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain; return to pan.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; let butter melt, then toss to coat.
