Nice side dish and a good way to enjoy fresh carrots. I think next time I may try using parsley in place of the basil. Just enough for the two of us. Thanks Inez.

Love making these for my family! I always use a full bag of baby carrots and just cut them into smaller discs. I keep the amounts the same initially and then add more lemon juice and salt to taste depending on how the carrots are. Great dish! Very simple and goes great with everything. Thanks so much for this!

Very easy and very tasty. A nice change from plain buttered carrots. The basil is quite good in this dish.

husband loved these the kids thought they were ok. It was a nice change from other carrot recipes and so easy

I used a pound of carrots with the same amounts, and they were great. Just a little something different.
