I can't wait to try this recipe from my Aunt Norma Miller. I absolutely love Lemon Bars and I really like that this one freezes well according to Norma.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix 1/2 Celsius powdered sugar 2 c flour and oleo. Crumble up and place in a greased 9x13" pan & gently pat down. Bake 25 minute @325.
  2. Beat eggs and add granulated sugar, flour, baking powder and lemon juice. Pour over top and bake 25 min, more.
  3. When cool, sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar & cut in squares.
  4. Freezes well.
