  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Pulse flour powdered sugar and butter till small pea stage.
  3. Press into 8.5x11.5 pan.
  4. Bake 15 minutes.
  5. FILLING:.
  6. Preheat to 350.
  7. Beat everything together and pour over baked mixture.
  8. Bake 30 minutes.
  9. Cut into bars while warm, but leave in pan until cool.
  10. Sprinkle with more powdered sugar.
