Directions

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients and press into 13x9-inch pan.
  2. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees until lightly brown.
  3. Beat eggs, sugar and lemon juice.
  4. Sift together flour and baking powder and stir into egg mix.
  5. Pour over baked, cooled crust.
  6. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
  7. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
