- 14.79 ml shallot, minced
- 29.58 ml lemon balm, leaves finely minced (NOT bee balm!)
- 2.46 ml lemon zest
- 88.74 ml fresh lemon juice
- 4.92 ml Dijon mustard
- 59.16 ml white wine vinegar
- 4.92 ml brown sugar
- 118.32 ml oil (olive, grape seed, walnut, etc.)
directions
- Mix all ingredients except for oil in a non-reactive bowl.
- Slowly whisk in the oil.
- Best prepared 1 hour in advance.
- Yield a little over 1 cup.
