This is a wonderful dish, and we absolutely loved it. I thought maybe the amount of lemon juice would be little too much, but it really wasn't. I used Hungarian sweet paprika, and dusted the chicken liberally. I used a combination of fresh parsley and fresh chives to sprinkle on while cooking, and a little more just before serving. The dish was very pretty, and very good. The chicken was moist. Thanks PanNan, I will be making this one again.

You've got my vote, PanNan! This chicken is yummie good! Love how easy it is to put together and bake. I sprinkled Hot Hungarian Paprika on top. Didn't have fresh parsley, so used dried. Added Mirjam's Garlic Potatoes, #13166, as a side, and we had a dandy little dinner! Thanks for sharing. Laudee

Lemon chicken is one of my husband's favorites and we were not disappointed with the taste of this one. It was really easy to put together. We will be having this often.

I thought this turned out well, but was a bit plain. I didn't think the lemon came through like I expected it to. I did leave the skin on the chicken. (I accidentally forgot to add the parsley.)

Not a bad flavor. It has a little kick from the lemon. I might try to spice it up next time with cumin instead of paprika.

Loved this! A delicious and easy way to prepare chicken. I especially like that it is low in calories and fat and tastes great! Made for ZWT3 2007.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Lemon chicken is one of my favorites meals that my mom used to make. I prepared it for my family and it was a hit. The chicken was very juicy and tender. The lemon flavor was evident but not too strong. Perfect, I thought. Thanks PanNan.

Not bad. It had a nice lemon flavor and was super easy to put together so I will likely make it again. I may try to add more paprika next time. I should also note I used about an 1/8 tsp salt a bit less then the recipe called for so it may have impacted the taste. Also I didn't have fresh parsley so I used dried.

Good...but lacking the flavor I hoped for based upon others' reviews. Followed this one to the letter and used hot hungarian paprika but no real flavor shined through. The method for cooking was spot on.

My chicken ended up smelling and tasting a little bit like fish? This wasn't my favorite recipe but it was pretty good.

So easy, and so good! I couldn't resist adding a bit of garlic salt to each piece. I used boneless, skinless breasts and they turned out very moist and delicious. My son really liked it and that is indeed a compliment as he is not much of a meat eater. Thx PanNan

This recipe makes a very moist chicken. Nice flavor, and such low calorie! Didn't have fresh parsley, so just added a couple shakes of dried to each one before cooking. Thnks!

Fantastic! I didn't have chicken breast, so I used chicken tenderloins. Only 2 teaspoons of butter (to cut the fat). Extremely flavorful. It is easily the best lemon chicken I have ever had. Moist and delicious. Easily the best chicken I've ever made. Thanks for the recipe.

*Reviewed for Zaar World Tour 3* THis was a great dish. Simple to prepare, quick to cook and great fresh flavours. The paprika coloured the chicken nicely and the lemon juice kept the chicken moist. I basted the chicken once during the cooking time with the lemon juice from the pan. A definite 'keeper' of a recipe. Photos also being posted

This was easy to make. I used legs as that is what I had in the freezer. I put potatoes in the pan along with the chicked legs. Very taste and moist.

I caught Nora Marie's photo in the daily photos and couldn't resist the recipe, I was looking for a chicken recipe I could cook in the cool of the morning so that I didn't have to have the oven on during the hot day, this worked perfectly! The results were wonderful! Just made two half skinless boneless breasts for the two of us and they were lovely and moist with just a hint of lemon comming through. We loved them and i will be making them again. thanks for posting!!
