    Directions:

      In skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Sear tuna on all sides for 15-20 minutes per side.

      Remove from heat and slice into 10 slices. Set aside.

      Arrange lemon slices on platter. Place tuna slices on top of lemon and sprinkle with soy sauce, green onions, sesame seeds and oil.
